On 14 March we will close Clayton House a 1-00pm
After 50 years for many it will be a sad day with lots of happy memories.
But time moves on and we look forward to moving into Central Library as part of Archives+ on the 24th of March and what a transformation it is.
New film readers so easy to work and so much better than the old ones, but don't worry we still have some of the traditional ones.
Large interactive maps you don't need a magnifying glass for these, but then again there are still the old maps around.
Books on open shelves with so many places to sit and browse, our special collection available to members only.
We look forward to meeting members old and new in this open bright and customer friendly environment so much to see and do all under one magnificent roof.
