We need your help with planning the next census in England and Wales
The Office for National Statistics is already planning the 2021 Census. As part of this, we have launched this public consultation which is open to everyone. You can respond as an individual or on behalf of an organisation and can give your feedback until 27 August.
Taking part is easy – background information and guidance, our current proposals, and your opportunity to give feedback are all in one place. You can comment on all suggested topics, or just one. Or tell us about what we’ve missed.
A lot changes in the 10 years between each census. Our society is constantly evolving and the information our users want from the census needs to change, too. This is why your feedback is so important.
